As a supplement to this, the present tender seeks tenders for technical advice in connection with minor design tasks (primarily acute maintenance tasks and tasks of a more incidental nature) where there is no need for turnkey consultancy. The services under the framework agreement can be sketching, design, tendering, construction management, assistance in connection with the implementation of 1- and 5-year inspections, follow-up on defect remediation, etc. The mentioned tasks will typically be minor construction tasks, where the requirements for the project material that forms the basis for the tendering are few, and where the expected contract price is less than DKK 3 million, so that tenders can take the form of direct tenders or by mini-tenders on the municipality's framework agreements for construction services.

• Sentence damage to 4 storey property (5 major cracks 1 metre long) deadline for completed consultancy project 2 weeks.

• Door extension (single to double door) in basement. Deadline for finished consultancy project 2 days.

• Roof renovation 1:1. 1600 m2 roof. Deadline for finished consultancy project 5 weeks.

• Saltobrik solution in 5 schools. Deadline for finished consultancy project 3 weeks.

• Minor sewer renovations. Deadline for consultancy project 1 week.

• Replacement of domestic water installations and conversion of heating systems. Deadline for finished consultancy project 3 weeks.

Thus, these are small construction tasks with a simple structure in the task solution.

Tasks that include assistance in connection with the completion of 1- and 5-year inspections, follow-up on defect correction, etc. can also be larger construction cases where client or turnkey consultancy has been provided by other consultants.

Rudersdal Municipality expects an annual consumption of DKK 5 million. The estimate is at the best estimate of the contracting entity, and Rudersdal Municipality does not commit to this consumption. The maximum value of the framework agreement is DKK 25 million.

It is intended to conclude a framework agreement with three suppliers.
