EDF in French Guiana, carries out its missions on various sites within the territory.
Some of these sites require the use of river routes. The services to be carried out on the sites concerned are:
- The transport by river of one or more people
- Inland waterway transport of goods and goods less than and more than 1 ton
- The transport by inland waterway of bulky goods or vehicles and machinery
- Loading, unloading and ground delivery on EDF site
In accordance with Article R. 2162-4 of the Public Procurement Code, the maximum amount of this framework agreement, all successful tenderers, is €3,063,666 excluding VAT, it being specified that this indication has no contractual value for the Company over the total duration of the said framework agreement, that is to say that there is no commitment to purchase on a minimum amount.
Lot 1: MaroniThe services to be performed on the sites concerned are:
- The transport by river of one or more people
- Inland waterway transport of goods and goods less than and more than 1 ton
- The transport by inland waterway of bulky goods or vehicles and machinery
- Loading, unloading and ground delivery on EDF site
These different services are regular and they can be scheduled or unscheduled and urgent (deadlines of 24 hours).
The realization of these services has as its starting point, different municipalities of the Oyapock and Maroni rivers and more or less distant destinations on the river and its tributaries:
On the Maroni:
o Great Santi
o Papaichton
o Maripasoula
o Saint Laurent du Maroni
o The neighboring villages or gaps
Lot 2: OyapockThe services to be performed on the sites concerned are:
- The transport by river of one or more people
- Inland waterway transport of goods and goods less than and more than 1 ton
- The transport by inland waterway of bulky goods or vehicles and machinery
- Loading, unloading and ground delivery on EDF site
These different services are regular and they can be scheduled or unscheduled and urgent (deadlines of 24 hours).
The realization of these services has as its starting point, different municipalities of the Oyapock and Maroni rivers and more or less distant destinations on the river and its tributaries:
On the Oyapock:
o Ouanary
o Jump Maripa
o Camopi
o Three jumps
o Neighbor deviations (Mokata, Saint Either, Cashew, Isabelle, Chatolle,...)
