The subject of the contract is the supply of natural aggregate, broken within the meaning of Article 7 point 4 of the Public Procurement Law (together with transport services and placement), to be performed in the Koszęcin Forest District in 2023.

The contract includes systematic, as currently needed, delivery of 13,000 tonnes of aggregate, transport to the place of building, unloading and spreading with a grader or similar machine on the indicated road section together with compaction by road roller. Depending on the conditions in the field, aggregate will be ordered with the following fractions: 31.5/63 mm – approx. 80% of the amount of ordered aggregate, other fractions – approx. 20% of the amount of ordered aggregate. The thickness of the built-up aggregate layer is not determined and depends on the terrain conditions.

The item of the order was divided into three parts.

The estimated value of the order takes into account the basic order and the right of options.

The thickness of the built-up aggregate layer is not determined and depends on the terrain conditions.

Due to the specifics of this contract and the resulting lack of ability to precisely determine the demand at the time of describing the subject of the contract, the Contracting Authority undertakes to order deliveries at a level of not less than 50% of the quantities of aggregate to each part orders. In this case, the contract will be attentive to be executed in full.

The location of aggregate deliveries carried out for road sections, dates, destination will be indicated by forestry or forestry, to which the order will be directed. The Forestry or in its substitution shall confirm any delivery of a batch of aggregate on the proof of weighing or the amount of WZ which the Contractor is obliged to provide for each transport. In addition, employees of the Ordering Party will receive delivery each time for correct aggregate built-up in the locations indicated in the order in accordance with the receipt protocol.
