Os municipality shall construct a 2-parallel primary school in two floors with a gross area of 6 800 m2. The new building shall be constructed in solid wood and shall i.a. contain various class rooms and group rooms, locker rooms, gymnasium, various administration areas as well as an open area in two levels containing a canteen.

Outdoor works must also be executed. Areas on and around the new building must also be prepared as part of the contract. The Ministry of Culture and the Norwegian Football Federation's instruction manuals regarding planning, construction and operation shall form the basis for the project. This applies to the outdoor areas and the football pitch.
