The Municipal Administration intends to conclude a framework agreement with a single operator, pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 36/2023, to entrust the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance service of mechanical, electrical, tires, bodywork and overhaul of owned vehicles, as well as the repair service of equipment and lawn tractors not with garden plates of the Municipality of Livorno. The assignment relates to the Municipality's fleet of vehicles during the period of validity of the contract, therefore the vehicles may vary during the course of the contract in consistency, brand and type without this being a reason for request or claim by the contractor.
