this consultation focuses on maintenance services for the green spaces of communal properties with the aim of maintaining the spaces and plants planted in a constant state of cleanliness, health and use

The service includes:

- a lump-sum portion for the maintenance of green spaces scheduled on different sites according to the schedule and the DPGF attached to the market parts, paid according to the amount charged to the act of commitment.

The services cover 14 sites representing a total of 73,616 square meters. It is fixed between 1 and 10 interventions depending on the site (refer to the CCTP and the DPGF).

- a part with a purchase order according to the BPU attached to the parts on the market. These services will be remunerated by applying the prices appearing in the unit price list. The contract is executed in accordance with articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the public order code without minimum and with an annual maximum fixed in value at 30,000 euros excluding VAT (i.e. total value estimated at 120,000 euros excluding VAT on this component for the duration of the contract)
