The purpose of this contract is the upkeep and maintenance of hoods (and permutation of filters) and grease traps (and cleaning of pipes) of the eight administrative restaurants and three nurseries, managed by the Jean Moulin Foundation in the Paris region, whose list and contact details are mentioned in article 23 of this CCP.
