The purpose of the procurement is to increase the range, volume and quality of organic food and beverage from agriculture in all turnover areas. This will be achieved through the establishment of a three-year project which will offer guidance to food processing companies that require increased knowledge and/or practical assistance in the development of new or improved organic products, based on organic raw materials from Norwegian agriculture.
