The object of the contract is the collection and development (according to the hierarchy of ways of handling waste) indicated in the description of the order of municipal waste from inhabited and non-inhabited properties located within the Municipality of Rypin, in a manner that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for reuse and recycling and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage in accordance with applicable law and the establishment and operation of the Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) .

Number of inhabitants: 15,362 (permanent report), including according to declarations submitted to the Ordering Party:
1) In multi-family development, approximately 9,047 people live above 7 premises.
2) In single-family and multi-family development, up to 7 units have a population of about 5,389 people.
Built: Number of properties built up about 2406 properties.
1) Single family and multifamily up to and including 7 units — about 1720 properties.
2) Multifamily over 7 premises — about 240 buildings.
3) Uninhabited real estate — about 446, including mixed-use properties of about 58 properties.
The above data may change during the course of the contract.
On the date of conclusion of the contract, the Contracting Authority shall provide the Contractor with a detailed list of property owners current at the date of conclusion of the contract from which solid municipal waste will be collected. The Contracting Authority reserves to make changes to the list above. The changes will not cause a change in the amount of salary.
