Framework agreement for maintenance

The Tilakeskus of the wellbeing services counties of Vantaa and Kerava organises a tender for maintenance construction work as hourly calculation work in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendices.

The contractor will not commit to specific orders or purchases during the contract period as the amount of work to be done is not known in advance. Tasks are not identified.

Procurements can be made by all divisions of the wellbeing services counties of Vantaa and Kerava, including the rescue departments of Central Uusimaa. The operating area of the Central Uusimaa Rescue Department includes Hyvinkää, Järvenpää, Kerava, Mäntsälä, Nurmijärvi, Pornainen, Tuusula and Vantaa.

The acquisition is divided into four (4) subdivisions:

1. Maintenance construction work

2. Maintenance heat, plumbing and sewerage work

3. Maintenance ventilation work

4. Electrical maintenance work

Maintenance construction work

The wellbeing services counties of Vantaa and Kerava will organise a tender for maintenance construction work as hourly calculation work in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendices.

The contractor will not commit to specific orders or purchases during the contract period as the amount of work to be done is not known in advance. Tasks are not identified.

The work ordered is mainly maintenance or contracting work on properties maintained by the facility centre, the duration of which varies from a few hours to a few weeks. Ordered work may include, for example, minor space changes. Work orders may also include supplies and other services related to the performance of work.

The contractor acts as the main contractor of the ordered work and is responsible for the occupational safety of the construction site and for fulfilling the obligations related to construction under the Contractor's Obligations and Liability Act and the tax authorities' obligation to provide information.

On the basis of the tendering process, a framework agreement will be formed between the four (4) suppliers selected for it that have submitted the most economically advantageous tender. The suppliers shall be ranked in order of priority so that the contractor submitting the most economically advantageous tender shall be selected as the primary supplier of the framework agreement and the following three (3) Suppliers shall also rank 2–4 according to the overall economic advantage of the tender.

Maintenance heating, plumbing and sewerage work

The wellbeing services counties of Vantaa and Kerava will organise a tender for maintenance work on the basis of hourly charges in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendices.

The contractor will not commit to specific orders or purchases during the contract period as the amount of work to be done is not known in advance. Tasks are not identified.

The work ordered is mainly maintenance or contracting work on properties maintained by the facility centre, the duration of which varies from a few hours to a few weeks.
