Step-by-step procurement of property and specialist planning services by way of a general planning award for the new construction of the company administration building at the Göttingen Elliehausen site.
EAM Netz GmbH intends to procure general planning services for the new building
of the company administration building at the Göttingen Elliehausen site. Subject of the present
Procurement procedures are thus the services of an interdisciplinary planning team according to the following conditions:
- Project planning (buildings and interiors)
- open system planning
- structural engineering
- technical equipment
- Construction logistics
- Building physics according to Annex 1.2 HOAI
- Fire protection services
- Auditor services (certified auditor according to DGNB and energy efficiency expert)
- as well as all other specialist planning and/or ancillary services, including any required special services, consulting services and expert services, which are necessary for the proper and complete execution of the planning and for the realization of the project, in each case from service phase 1 . The relevant services should be commissioned in stages (Section II.2. 11)).
EAM Netz GmbH is an operator of electricity and gas networks. The new construction of the
The company administration building should be able to accommodate about 70 to 90 employees. At present,
provides that EAM Netz GmbH will use a currently developed plot of land with an area of approx. 7,000 m² owned by EAM Netz GmbH for the new building. The property is located in the industrial area Elliehausen Ost with good access to the A 7 motorway via the Göttingen Nord motorway feeder road.
Currently, the site is built on with the following existing buildings or in particular
the following framework conditions:
- Two halls (to be preserved)
- Administration building: approx. 730 m²; Year of construction at the beginning of the 1990s
- Maximum permissible building height: 9.5 m
- Estimated GFA: approx. 2,100 m² (existing and new buildings)

The construction volume for the new building is currently estimated at approx. EUR 7.5 million gross.
