A new hospital shall be constructed at Andrevann in Kirkenes. Gross area approx. 20 000 m2. The first contract B01 consists of 1 150 m site fence around the construction area of 65 000 m2. Furthermore the contract includes the removal and disposal of uncompacted matter and the excavation of the building pit to rock approx. 90 000 m3, of which approx. 75 000 m3 shall be transported off site. The building pit shall be filled in with blasted stone. It is estimated that 20 000 m3 will have to be purchased. Furthermore approx 12 000 m3 blasting is estimated for later refilling. The existing foot path is to be moved and a new one established. The main water pipeline shall be altered and a new sewage pump pipeline is to be established. The existing cables for electricity and communication are to be altered.
