The object of the contract is the delivery, installation and commissioning of an automated test stand that enables the investigation of switchable fuel cell and electrolysis systems.
For the HyReflexs project, HSU intends to purchase and operate a test sand to investigate sector coupling (electricity and gas) using hydrogen based fuel cells and electrolysers.
HSU has a maximum budget of EUR 857,475.96 (net) to procure the test stand. HSU reserves the right to exclude the offer if the offer price exceeds this cost limit. HSU also reserves the right to exclude offers from the procedure that stipulate a delivery period of more than 12 months from the award of the contract. The contractor must supply, install and commission the test rig for a switchable fuel and electrolysis system. Maintenance and training services are also transferred to the contractor.
