1. The subject of the order is:

Package No. 1 - teleconsultation and communication system implementation service;

Package No. 2 - the service of implementing the patient's location system in the hospital;

Package No. 3 - eServices software implementation service;

The order is carried out as part of the project entitled “eCareMed — development of digital medical services in the Provincial Specialist Hospital No. 4 in Bytom”, which is funded by the project from the Regional Operational Programme of the Silesian Voivodeship for the years 2014-2020 (European Regional Development Fund) for priority axis: II. Digital Silesian for action: 2.1. Support for the development of digital public services. Application No. WND-RPSL.02.01.00-24-06DC/19-001.
