LPP, participating authorities or groups of participating authorities will reserve the right to conduct further competitions on behalf of participating authorities where that authority/those authorities wishes to improve value by rationalising the product range available. When conducting local further competitions NHS organisations may choose to include 1, 2 or all lots and may vary the sub criteria for award as defined in the tender documents for the framework agreement.

Organisations interested in supplying these products under a framework agreement to engage with LPP should download the procurement documentation and submit a tender in accordance with the instructions.
