Deconstruction of small ships and nautical devices of the French Navy, DGA and the Army, stationed in Brest, Cherbourg, Lorient (lot 1) and Toulon (lot 2)

This notice concerns two ordinary contracts for the deconstruction of small vessels and watercraft:

- lot 1: deconstruction of small ships and nautical devices of the French Navy and the Army stationed in Brest, Cherbourg and Lorient from their taking over of their current storage locations until disposal and recovery of the last waste or material;

- lot 2: deconstruction of small ships and nautical vehicles of the French Navy, the DGA and the Army stationed in Toulon from their taking over of their current storage location until disposal and recovery of the last waste or material.

They are part of a negotiated market procedure with prior publicity and competition in accordance with Articles L. 2324-3, R. 2324-3 and R. 2361-8 to R. 2361-12 of the public procurement code.
