The acquisition concerns the new hospital building, Ratamokeskus, to be built in the area of Kouvola.

The project involves the construction of a hospital building as a new building. The construction work is divided into two (2) phases.

This call for tender is for tendering for phase 1 works (earthworks).

Both phases of the project will be carried out in the form of full-value contracts.

This call for tender is for tendering for phase 1 works (earthworks). The size of the future building is approximately 21,000 brm 2 , 10,500mm 2 and a volume of about 95,000 m 3 . Phase 1 works are executed according to the plans commissioned by the client as a single contract with the contractor in direct contractual relationship with the client. The contractor selected will act as the main contractor for Phase 1 and the lead contractor for Phase 1, with all the resulting obligations. At the end of phase 1, the responsibilities of the main contractor / contractor will be transferred to the successful contractor of phase 2.
