The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services for objects and outdoor areas and the care of green spaces in the 2nd Branch of ZUS in Poznań and in subordinate area organizational units.

The item of the order is divided into the following parts:
- Part no. 1 - The provision of cleaning services for objects and outdoor areas and green space care in locations: Poznań, Gniezno, Oborniki, Śrem, Środa Wielkopolska, Września.
- Part no. 2 - the provision of cleaning services for objects and outdoor areas and the care of green areas in locations: Konin, Koło, Słupca, Turek.
The provision of cleaning services for objects and outdoor areas and green space care in locations: Poznań, Gniezno, Oborniki, Śrem, Środa Wielkopolska, Września.1. The subject of the order will include: cleaning facilities, cleaning of the outdoor area, maintenance and care of green areas, snow removal service, delivery and ongoing completion of cleaning products and monitoring the regularity of cleaning tasks.
2. The Contracting Authority requires, for the entire period of performance of the contract, employment on the basis of employment contracts by the Contractor or by the subcontractor, respectively, of persons performing activities which, in the evaluation of the Contracting Authority, consist of the performance of work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June r. — Labour Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320) with at least minimum remuneration referred to in the Act of 10 October 2002 on the minimum wage for work (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020 item 2207) and the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 15 September 2020 on the amount of minimum wage for work and the minimum hourly rate in 2022 (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1690).
