The project consists of the rehabilitation and extension of the existing rowing club hangar. The existing hangar was rehabilitated into a house of associations. The extensions are located on either side of the existing hangar and will house the rowing and cycling house. The entire plot is landscaped with a car park with 24 spaces, 66 bicycle parking spaces, a forecourt dedicated to washing the club's boats, a pump track, a children's play area and a street work out area. The floor area of the sports centre is 760 square metres

The asbestos removal and deconstruction work will take place in 2 phases:- phase 1: asbestos removal of the western part of the building and cleaning of the changing rooms, reception, weight room. Note/ Maintaining access and occupancy of the boat garage and adjacent storage facilities.- Phase 2: Asbestos removal & Deconstruction of the rest of the buildingFloor area: 760 square meters
