Based on the numbers consumed in 2021, annual consumption is estimated. This takes into account a residential care center with 157 beds. Part of the linen is rented and washed, another part is only washed (owned by the WZC). Please note in the quotation per item the unit price and the total price according to the estimated consumption.

The numbers for the workwear are calculated on the basis of the number of heads that start each day in the WZC and that therefore must have at least 1 top available every day. Not everyone who wears work clothes also wears a base every day. There are 7 tops and 6 lower pieces per head.

Every morning at 7am and therefore BEFORE the start of the shifts, at least one stock must be present in the WZC of 128 tops and 128 underpieces. This number is minimal necessary to provide each employee with the necessary work clothes before the start of their shift. The supplier must guarantee this minimum stock at all times, including weekends, public holidays and delivery days.
