The purpose of the Tender is to conclude a Framework Agreement with one service provider for the performance of incidental, minor construction work for the buildings within our entire service area.
The intention is to have the Framework Agreement enter into force on 1.10.2021.
The nature of the Assignment can be broadly described as:
1. incidental minor construction work;
2. minor repairs and repairs;
3. minor carpentry work.
The Assignments concern incidental small assignments and no project-based (renovation) jobs.
