We are procuring a single supplier framework agreement for ICT equipment and related expert and delivery services.

The customer selects one (1) supplier with whom it concludes a framework contract for procurement.

The contract with the selected supplier will not include a repurchase obligation or exclusive rights to the services to be procured. The Subscriber does not undertake to order the goods and services included in the subject matter of the procurement to the extent described in this document or its annexes.
