The purpose of this call for tenders is to design and carry out a collective information and communication campaign in favor of European butter on Third Countries in the following Middle East countries: Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Lebanon, Kuwait for a period of 3 years (2021 - 2023). In addition, it will deliver a suite and new avenues of promotion and communication based on the results of the current program.
objectives:
- increase the level of knowledge, improve the image and the notoriety of European butter and its qualities with action targets: professionals (chefs and future chefs, distributors / importers) and urban foodies,
- increase by + 2 points the market share of European butter in the region by supporting exports while respecting local supply chains and food crops, thereby inducing a direct increase in sales (volumes / values) over the duration of the program ( 2021-2023).
The technical offer of the tenderer must include:
- a communication and promotion strategy, justifying its choices with figures and calibrated data while proposing specific objectives according to the 3 years of the program,
- a detailed description of the recommended activities such as: a viral digital strategy, a press and public relations strategy with the target media and influencers, professional training, events a media purchasing strategy (print and web press),
- a range of avenues for all of the actions defined (to be adapted according to the target markets). The proposed actions will be based on strong messages to communicate to target audiences,
- temporality of the program: the tenderer will propose a temporality over 3 years based on concrete elements.
