The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement with 1 contractor who can meet the need for temporary employees on the basis of the Collective Labor Agreement for temporary employees. All this at a competitive price and through a flexible hiring process with little overhead so that the integral costs for hiring are reduced. The framework agreement will be concluded with the tenderer who has submitted a tender with the best price-quality ratio.

The contract relates to the two locations of Cito in Arnhem. The package of requirements describes the requirements that are set for the assignment. In the Tariffs Tool input form, the required data from the client are included on the basis of which the TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) for performing the assignment is calculated.
