1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of bread and semi-confectionery products for 2024 for the 43rd Military Economic Division.

2. The Contracting Authority informs that it envisages the use of optional orders (option right), in accordance with the provisions of the model agreement constituting Appendix No. 7 to the Terms of Reference. In Appendix 6 to the Terms of Reference (price form), the Contracting Authority specifies the basic level of the contract, which may be extended by increasing the quantity to 100% of the value of the basic contract.

3. The Contracting Authority requires the optional order of food products that are identified with the basic ones offered in the order.
