The consultation is carried out on behalf of the group of orders, created under the conditions provided for in Articles L. 2113-6 and L. 2113-7 of the public order code, between Roannais Agglomeration and Roannaise de l'eau. Roannaise de l'eau acts as contracting authority, on behalf of the group of orders of which it is the coordinator. It is specified that the coordinator is not authorized to sign and execute the framework agreements for all the members of the grouping, each member signing and executing his framework agreements, each as far as he is concerned.
Drinking water collection and reed mowing throughout the territoryThe framework agreement includes the following minimum and maximum amounts, including renewals:
- for Roannaise de l'eau: min. 40,000 EUR excl.tax / max. 120,000 EUR excluding tax;
- for Roannais Agglomeration: min. EUR 40,000 excl. VAT / EUR 120,000 excl.
Left bank of the Loire, northern part above RenaisonThe framework agreement includes the following minimum and maximum amounts, including renewals:
- for Roannaise de l'eau: min. 20,000 EUR excl.tax / max. 100,000 EUR excluding tax;
- for Roannais Agglomeration: min. EUR 60,000 excl.tax / EUR 240,000 excl.
Left bank of the Loire south partThe framework agreement includes the following minimum and maximum amounts, renewals included: _for Roannaise de l'eau: min 40,000 euro (s) Ht / max 120,000 euro (s) Ht - for Roannais Agglomeration: min 20,000 euro (s) ) HT / 80,000 euro (s) (HT).
Right bank of the LoireThe framework agreement includes the following minimum and maximum amounts, including renewals:
- for Roannaise de l'eau: min. 20,000 EUR excl.tax / max. 80,000 EUR excluding tax;
- for Roannais Agglomeration: min. EUR 40,000 excl. VAT / EUR 120,000 excl.
