KIV Thuringia intends to conclude a framework agreement on a long-term partnership to procure a workflow-based document management system.
The framework agreement is intended to enable the needs-based retrieval of individual licenses from the DMS system, care services and supplementary services and delivery services for use by KIV and end users without establishing an obligation to purchase. Eligible end users from the framework agreement are the cities, municipalities and
districts in Thuringia as well as their respective institutions and associations (e.g. special purpose associations, working groups and other forms of municipal cooperation).
Depending on the relevant requirements, the installation and operation of the strain gauge system must be kept ready in the KIV data center. However, autonomous, decentralized operation must also be possible and must be covered by the license.
More details can be found in the tender documents.
