1) The subject of the contract is the collection and transport of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (20 03 01) and collection to the indicated municipal installation

and management of selectively collected municipal waste from all properties in the Mrocza commune, such as:

(a) the property on which the inhabitants reside, the so-called 'inhabited properties',

(b) properties on which residents do not reside and municipal waste is created, so-called 'uninhabited properties',

(c) property on which there is a holiday cottage and other property used for recreational and leisure purposes,

d) Point of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste, so-called PSZOK.

2) The Contractor is obliged to collect directly from the property and transport to the indicated mobile installation, the following fractions of cellular waste:

a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (20 03 01) – without management – transport to the municipal installation indicated by the Ordering Party.

The subject of the contract is the collection and transport of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste (20 03 01) and collection to the indicated municipal installation

and management of selectively collected municipal waste from all properties in the Mrocza commune.
