The public broadcasting corporations in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland (henceforth referred to as NRK, SVT, DR and YLE), hereby invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest involving the purchase of a system for monitoring, publishing and analysing social media.

The objective of the procurement is to purchase software licenses, customer support, service and consultancy services, within the categories included in the contract. The objective of the tender contest is to establish a contract between NRK and an exclusive service provider. Option for SVT, YLE and/or DR to enter into the agreement on identical terms, at a later date.

The value of the total procurement will be subject to strong variations and will be dependent on the number of users. An estimate of the number of users is: NRK: 50, SVT: 50, YLE: 50 and DR: 50 – 100. However, the estimate is not binding since our requirements may vary strongly during the agreement period.
