Piping pre demolition measures
The Zollverein Foundation is responsible for preserving the coking plant Zollverein, which has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2001. In preparation for the refurbishment of the pre-coolers, advance demolition measures should be carried out.
The building is single-storey with 8 cooling towers about 29 metres high and measures approximately 64m long and 6.50m wide.
The components that are to be broken off are to be partially stored for replacement.
