Through this tender the Contracting authority wishes to enter into agreements for the delivery of project and construction management to meet the Contracting authority's requirements in connection with the operation, maintenance and updating of the building stock and Helsebygg Midt-Norges requirements in association with projects.

The framework agreement applies to the Contracting authority's properties and any leased space. The properties are mainly located in central Trondheim, but also include Østmarka, Brøset, Tiller, and Lian. The agreement also includes the Contracting authority's properties at Orkanger, Røros and Haltdalen.
