The purpose of the contract is the design and organization of pyrotechnic or pyromusical shows for the City of Puteaux.The contract is a service contract, awarded according to a formalized procedure pursuant to Article R2124-2 1° of the Public Procurement Code. The reference general administrative clauses (CCAG) is the CCAG applicable to public supply and service contracts (FCS) as resulting from the decree of 30 March 2021 amended by the order of 29 December 2022.the contract is a multi-awardee framework agreement entered into pursuant to Article R2124-1 of the Public Procurement Code giving rise to the conclusion of subsequent contracts in accordance with Article R2162-2§1 of the same code, and this, under the conditions set out in Articles R2162-7 to R2162-10. The order thresholds to be placed are as follows: - no minimum annual amount;- maximum annual amount: 150,000 euro(s) (excl. VAT). As an estimate, the contracting authority could order up to 70,000 euro(s) (excluding VAT) annually. Follow-on contracts entered into on the basis of this Framework Agreement shall be dealt with on a flat-rate basis. They shall comply with the requirements of this Framework Agreement and shall be awarded under the conditions set out in Article 6 of the CCP.
