Supply of certified cold asphalt, class A according to SB 250 version 4.1a (12-2.5) (PTV 861 – TRA
61) in various directions in Flanders.
If no certified product is available, the supplier is obliged, pending
certification, as a contracting burden, to have a batch inspection carried out by COPRO.
The contract includes the supply of cold asphalt:
- Orders will be placed with a multiple of about 10 tons of cold asphalt
per order, per province (department).
- The cold asphalt is packed in lockable bags /buckets of up to 25kg that are stacked on
a pallet is delivered.
- The orders are delivered in the directions/districts of the department as stated in the
order. These can be:
● West Flanders:
o District 311 – Bruges + Motorways North, Koning Albert I-laan 293, 8200 Bruges
o District 312 – Kortrijk + Motorways South, President Kennedylaan 5, 8500 Kortrijk
o District 313 – Ieper, Omloopstraat 1, 8900 Ieper
o District 315 – Ostend, Duinkerkseweg 10, 8400 Ostend
o District 316 – Pittem, Nijverheidsstraat 11, 8740 Pittem
● East Flanders:
o District 411 – Ghent and motorways, Walstraat 101, 9050 Gentbrugge
o District 413 – Eeklo, Tieltsesteenweg 229, 9900 Eeklo
o District 414 – Sint-Niklaas, Industriepark West 51, 9100 Sint-Niklaas
● Flemish Brabant:
o District 212 – Vilvoorde, Albert I-laan 275, 1800 Vilvoorde
o District 213 – Leuven, Tervuursesteenweg 308, 3060 Bertem
● Antwerp:
o District 121 – Antwerp, D'Herbouvillekaai 11, 2020 Antwerp
o District 125 – Vosselaar, De Breem 5, 2350 Vosselaar
● Limburg
o District 717 – West-Limburg, Souwstraat 39, 3530 Houthalen-Helchteren
o District 718 – East Limburg, Schoorstraat 2, 3680 Maaseik
o District 719 – South Limburg, Overhaemlaan 28, 3700 Tongeren
o District 720 – Central Limburg, Trekschurenstraat 270, 3500 Hasselt
For example: An order of 20 tons is placed by the West Flanders department. These 20
tonnes to be delivered as follows: District 311: 4 tonnes, district 312: 4 tonnes, district 313: 4 tonnes,
district 315: 4 tons and district 316: 4 tons.
- Transport costs and unloading on site are a contracting burden.
