Project management for the construction of 19 collective housing units for accession, and the rehabilitation of the former gendarmerie into 12 housing units in the town of Ornex, rue de la Gendarmerie
The project management mission is made up of the following elements:
Definition of the firm phase: for the rehabilitated building: diagnostic studies, sketch studies (ESQ), pre-project studies (APS + APD), project study (PRO), DCE, assistance provided to the master work for the award of works contracts (ACT), full execution studies on all lots, Direction of the execution of the works contract (s) (DET), assistance provided to the contracting authority during reception operations as well as only during the Perfect Completion Guarantee (AOR) period. For construction: sketch studies (ESQ), pre-project studies (APS + APD), project study (PRO), DCE, assistance provided to the client for the award of works contracts (ACT) , full execution studies on all lots, Direction of execution of the works contract (s), assistance provided to the contracting authority during acceptance operations as well as during the period of guarantee of perfect completion (AOR ).
Definition of the optional phase: Coordination control scheduling (OPC).
Planned waiting allowance: no.
Compensation for withdrawal provided for: no.
The decision to strengthen or not the optional phase will be notified to the contract holder at the latest during the validation of the PRO phase. The date of consolidation of the optional phase fixed in the decision notified to the holder is the date of the start of performance of the services.
The consultation is aimed at a project manager or a project management team with skills in:
- architecture, construction economics, fluid and thermal engineering, structure, VRD, landscape, demolition and asbestos removal. The market is concluded at a definitive and revisable global fixed price. The market takes effect and runs from the receipt of the notification by the holder.
