The subject of the contract is the provision of dry washing and cleaning services, disinfection and ironing and transport of underwear and hospital clothing, as indicated in Annex No 2.1 to SWZ — List of the range for washing, assortment, including loading and unloading. A detailed description of the item of the order is set out in Annex 2 to SWZ — Description of the Order Item. The scope of service includes: transport from and to the Ordering Party of underwear and hospital clothing and the remaining assortment, including the transfer of underwear and hospital clothing and the remaining assortment to the premises indicated by the Contracting Authority; the collection and return of hospital clothing and underwear; of the remaining range for washing from everyone/to each ward of the hospital (21 reception points on the premises of the hospital); cleaning, washing, magling, drying, ironing and disinfecting; repair of underwear and hospital clothing and the remaining range.

The subject of the contract is the provision of dry washing and cleaning services, disinfection and ironing and transport of inpatient underwear and clothing, as indicated in Annex No 2.1 to SWZ — List of laundry assortment, assortment, including loading and unloading. A detailed description of the object of the order is set out in Annex 2 to SWZ — Description of the Order Subject, together with the following annexes: 1) Annex No 2.1 — List of laundry assortment; 2) Annex No 2.2 — List of assortment for hire.

2. The scope of the service includes:

1) transport from and to the Ordering Party of underwear and hospital clothing and the remaining assortment, including the transfer of underwear and hospital clothing and the remaining assortment to the premises indicated by the Contracting Authority;

2) the collection and return of hospital clothing and underwear and the remaining laundry assortment from everyone/to each ward of the hospital (21 points of reception on the premises of the hospital), the reception and reimbursement is made at the door of the ward, the hospital worker passes the packed dirty laundry and receives clean, the employee The Contractor does not enter the branch;

3) cleaning, washing, magling, drying, ironing and disinfecting (if necessary);

4) repair of underwear and hospital clothing and the remaining assortment (sewing buttons, cerning, stitching, sewing plastic locks, etc.).

3. A detailed list of inpatient underwear and clothing and other assortment together with the estimated quantity of kilograms or pieces is set out in Annex 2 to SWZ — List of laundry assortment. The quantities provided are estimates, depending on the number of patients admitted and the content of negotiated contracts with the NFZ, and the service will be performed according to the current needs of the Ordering Party. The list annexed to the SWZ corresponds to the current, actual quantities held by the Contracting Authority, which, under wear and tear during the duration of the contract, is to be replaced by the Contractor's property on a rental basis, provided that this condition does not apply to underwear and hospital clothing on concluding a contract. The list of the assortment for rent together with the estimated quantity is Annex No 2.2 to SWZ.

4. The service will be performed in the premises of the Contractor, using his means of thundering.
