Swan's current construction consultants framework expires during the summer of 2019, and so as a result are seeking to set up new procurement arrangements through a Dynamic purchasing system (DPS). The DPS will be split into a number of specific lots, covering a broad range of services, some including modular housing, and will run initially to 2027 — matching the new growth strategy timings, which seek to significantly expand the construction side of the business.
The DPS will be open to Swan Housing Association Ltd and any of its subsidiaries; Joint Ventures or associated companies. After a 12 month period, the DPS may also be opened up to other contracting authorities for their use if deemed appropriate to do so.
