The subject of the contract includes the digitization of the Town Hall in Milicz through the purchase of IT equipment and software.
The order includes:
- transport to the place indicated by the Ordering Party and unloading at the cost and risk of the Contractor;
- technical support;
- warranty service

The subject of the contract includes the digitization of the Town Hall in Milicz through the purchase of IT equipment and software.
The Order includes: - transport to the place indicated by the Ordering Party and unloading at the expense and risk of the Contractor;
- technical support;
- warranty service
The scope of the order:
PART 1: Purchase and delivery of desktops, laptops, monochrome MFPs and a server with a server license (in accordance with the conditions set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ);
1. A detailed description of the needs of the Ordering Party, including the type and quantity of equipment, technical specification of the ordered equipment will be included in Appendix No. 1.
2.The contractor may propose equivalent solutions with the same parameters or exceeding them, but their obligation shall be to prove equivalence. The contracting authority accepts equivalent offers, m.in. provided that the minimum technical parameters are met. Where an equivalent solution is offered, a precise description must be provided, together with the trade name and the name of the manufacturer.
3. An equivalent tender is one which presents the subject of the contract with functional and quality characteristics of the same or similar to those outlined in the SWZ, but marked with a different trademark, patent or origin. It is important that the required properties and parameters of a given product (solution) must be demonstrated by the contractor to the Contracting Authority, and therefore indisputably proven by the contractor in the course of the proceedings before the Contracting Authority, using all means available to the contractor.
4. If names or types are used anywhere, this should be considered only as an illustrative solution.
5. The products listed in the Detailed Order Specification must be brand new, free from third-party rights, technically efficient, unused, have warranty cards, all accessories, wires, cables necessary for their use, materials for use and user manual in Polish and must have documents required by applicable law confirming the CE marking (declaration of conformity or CE certificate), be ISO9001 certified for equipment manufacturers. The equipment must be complete and ready for use without additional purchases. The entire assortment constituting the subject of the order should be produced in 2022.
6. The Contractor shall provide the latest available software.
7. The Contractor shall provide the software in full and non-expiring versions.
8. The Contractor shall provide all necessary licenses for the software.
9. The Contractor undertakes to provide equipment with installed operating systems.
10. The Contractor shall provide the opportunity to easily download the latest documentation in Polish or English, drivers and system software from the manufacturer's website.
11. The Ordering Party requires:
(a)provide a minimum manufacturer's warranty on hardware excluding software – in accordance with
with the conditions indicated in Annex 1 OPZ – specification;
The warranty period for the equipment granted by the Contractor in the offer form is one of the
the criteria that the Contracting Authority will follow when selecting the most advantageous offer;
b) provide a warranty for the software in accordance with the software manufacturer's warranty.
