3.3. The subject of the contract is the rental of electric cars for 36 months:

3.3.1. in Part I: 41 items, at least 4-person, including 39 items in white and 2 items in gray, gray or silver;

3.3.2. in Part II: 5 items, at least 5 people, in white.

3.4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the ToR.

3.5. The contracting authority provides in each part under so-called option rights the option of ordering an additional 20% of vehicles in white, within 1 year of signing the contract (i.e. a pool of 20% additional vehicles - for each part - will be allocated under all contracts concluded by the Employers under the part; period 1 will be counted from the date of each of the contracts concluded separately). After using the vehicle pool with the option right in a given part, this right expires for all Purchasers for a given part. Details are provided in Annex 3 to the ToR - contract template.
