The subject of the contract is the provision of a service of collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Wręczyca Wielka - Sector II consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential real estate and real estate on which the summer house is located, or other real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes located in the Wręczyca Wielka Commune. Sector II covers the area of the following villages: - Klepaczka, - Długi Kąt, - Wręczyca Mała, - Wręczyca Wielka sołectwo I, - Wręczyca Wielka sołectwo II. The estimated amount of waste to be collected and managed during the period of implementation of the subject of the contract – 1700 Mg.

The subject of the contract is the provision of a service of collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Wręczyca Wielka - Sector II consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential real estate and real estate on which the summer house is located, or other real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes located in the Wręczyca Wielka Commune. Waste management is to ensure that in a given calendar year appropriate levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste is achieved and that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill is reduced in accordance with the provisions of the UCPG Act and the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Silesian Voivodeship. 1) The subject of the contract includes: a) lease of containers for non-segregated (mixed) and selective waste (bio-waste, glass) and equipping the property with bags for selectively collected waste (metals and plastics and paper) according to individual fractions for property owners from the Wręczyca Wielka Commune – Sector II. The lease of containers will cover the entire period of performance of the contract, b) reporting in accordance with applicable regulations, c) waste management with the recovery or neutralization rates of collected municipal waste, in accordance with the Waste Act and the UCPG Act in the scope of municipal waste collected from property owners from the Wręczyca Wielka Commune – Sector II, d) in accordance with Article 9e paragraph 1 of the UCPG Act Entity collecting municipal waste on the basis of an agreement with the property owner, is obliged to transfer the following collected from property owners: selectively collected municipal waste directly or through another waste collector to a waste recovery or disposal installation, in accordance with the hierarchy of waste management methods referred to in Article 17 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste; non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste directly to the municipal installation. e) conducting educational campaigns, in the amount indicated in the offer form, the subject of which will be to promote and define the rules for selective collection of municipal waste (in accordance with applicable regulations), by developing and delivering an information leaflet to each of the property owners from the Wręczyca Wielka Commune – Sector II. The content, graphic design and date of delivery of the leaflet to residents must be agreed with the Ordering Party and approved by him. The minimum dimensions of the developed leaflet are A-5 format, the minimum font size of the text - 11 points. The leaflet must be printed in color, the number of leaflets delivered must correspond to the number of properties covered by the obligation to collect municipal waste, in accordance with this contract, included in the list of the Ordering Party, taking into account new collection points that will be created during the service (if the educational campaign has already been carried out – for new points, the leaflet should be delivered on the day of equipping the property with the required containers).detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Chapter IV of the SWZ
