The ELY Centre in Varsinais-Finland and the Public Transport Authority in Turku - FOLI request your offer for public transport services

from 6 June 2022-30 May 2027 on the route Houtskari-Korppoo-Nauvo-Parainen-Kaarina-Turku. Treaty

includes an option for the extension of the contract from June 1, 2027 to May 30, 2030.

Transport for procurement under gross contract. Gross contract means

the Services Contract Regulation (1370/2007) and the Specific Procurement Act (1398/2016)

a public transport service contract in which the ticket income risk is on the subscriber.

The traffic contained in this acquisition shall be granted by the Service Contract Regulation

exclusive rights under a separate administrative decision as a counterpart to the public

for servicing the obligations of the service. The single-law decision takes into account longer-distance traffic passing through part of the route.
