The Contracting Authority shall require that the expiry date of the Products shall be not less than 12 mcy from the date of delivery to the office of the Contracting Authority, except for Products which, by virtue of their specificity, have an expiry date of less than 12 mcy. Deliveries of the Products will be carried out successively, on the basis of orders placed by the Contracting Authority, within 2 working days of their placing.
