The subject of the order is the collection and management of municipal waste (including hazardous waste) from the owners of property in the municipality Łomża according to the provisions of the Regulations, WPGO, u.u.c.p.g. and the Act on Waste. The scope of the order applies to all inhabited properties, cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes located in the municipality of Łomża and uninhabited properties (including public places) where according to u.u.c.p.g. the contracting agent is obliged to maintain cleanliness and order (i.e. real estate owned by the Municipality of Łomża, communication stops).

The list of addresses of these properties from which waste will be received (including properties where biowaste is composted in home composters) will be transferred by the Municipality of Łomża to the Contractor, to whom the contract will be awarded, at the latest one working day after the contract is signed. The number of inhabited properties from which municipal waste will be received may change during the execution of the Order. During the execution of the Order, the Contracting Authority shall provide the Contractor the information necessary for the proper execution of the Agreement, in particular concerning changes in the number and location of habitable properties covered by the waste collection obligation. It will be the obligation of the contractor to execute the order taking into account the above changes in the amount of execution offered.
