This framework agreement deals with the maintenance and operation of HVAC and water treatment equipment in CAPVM buildings. The stipulations of this framework agreement are intended to carry out the checks and mandatory maintenance of the technical equipment of the CAPVM buildings. Modernization of restructuring and refurbishment of facilities is an integral part of this framework agreement.

Lot 1 of this contract includes the following maintenance and operating components:

- heater,

- production of ECS,

- air treatment, ventilation,

- cold production,

- water treatment (excluding pool pools),

- fire dampers.

Lot 2 of this contract includes the following maintenance and operating components: pond water treatment.
