The subject of the contract is the organisation of the national stage and the substantive assessment services of proposals and expansion strategies in the PMT project.

The order is divided into 2 (two) parts:

1) Part I of the procurement — Organization of the national stage and the service to prepare the expansion strategy into the US market.

2) Part II of the order - A substantive assessment of proposals and strategies for expansion into the US market.

Preparation and comprehensive substantive organization and service of a 3-day specialized workshop in fixed or remote form (webinar) at the national stage dedicated to creating a preliminary expansion strategy, i.e.:

1) substantive preparation, comprehensive organization and maintenance of a 3-day workshop dedicated to the selected market, as appropriate to Part I, during which the Grantaneur will receive:

(a) knowledge concerning the selected market, its conditions and expansion possibilities,

(b) expert advice services in developing a preliminary strategy for expansion into the selected market, according to the selected part of the contract;

2) Provide a package of 40 hours of individual cooperation of the Granteur with specialized experts to prepare and write the final version of the expansion strategy for each Grantaneur individually for the selected market, according to the selected part of the order;

3) Providing logistics service is: the provision of hospitality, catering services and rental of conference rooms with equipment for the organization of a workshop dedicated to the US market.

The provision of expert services consisting in:

(a) making a substantive assessment of Applications for entrustment of grants submitted by entrepreneurs — potential Granteurs — in the recruitment conducted by the Contracting Authority

(b) making a substantive assessment of the developed strategies for the expansion of Grantsees into a given foreign market after the completed workshops on the market concerned and the use of a package of individual expert consultations in order to develop the final document.
