The Finnish Defence Forces Logistics Command is hereby pleased to request for your quotation (RFQ) for a Pilatus PC-12 NG flight simulator training wet lease and dry lease (recurrent/upgrade training) at supplier's facility for year 2020 and option's for year 2021 and 2022.

Pilatus PC-12 NG flight simulator training (recurrent training) at supplier's facility for year 2020.

1) Recurrent/upgrade training for 26 pilots including only simulator training;

2) 13 aircrews including 2 pilots each;

3) 3 slots, 4 hours each;

Totally 39 slots, 156 hours.

Total slots shall be divided between dry and wet lease as follows:

— 18 slots for dry lease principle,

— 21 slots for wet lease principle.

Additionally 3 courses for simulator teachers.

Option for years 2021 and 2022 with the same concept as year 2020.

Training schedule shall be organized as follows:

1) Year 2020: recurrent/upgrade training shall be held between weeks 33-38, 2020. If procurement process is delayed unexpectedly the training possibility should be valid until end of the year 2020;

2) Years 2021 and 2022: recurrent/upgrade training is scheduled initial between the beginning of May — end of June 2021 and 2022;

3) The training shall be held by customers own training program.

The training schedule shall be confirmed later on between the customer and the supplier.

The customer must collect the options by the end of February each year.

The customer shall notify the supplier in writing about using the option.

The options are subject to the same terms of contract as the first year 2020 services.
