The purpose of the study is to carry out: - the diagnosis of the functioning of the wastewater network of the community of communes of Clermontois in order to identify the anomalies, to quantify the pollution discharged as well as its impact on the environment; - the sanitation master plan to reduce malfunctions, pollution discharges, resulting additional operating costs and comply with the regulations in force. The Study also aims to initiate or complete the system of self-monitoring and permanent diagnosis of the sanitation system as well as its asset management.
