3. The Contractor shall, within 21 days from the date of signing the contract, develop and present to the Employer a schedule of field works. The inventory should be planned in such a way that it would be possible to repeat the tests in the next season, if the subject of protection was not confirmed in the first test possible, or the test results could be unreliable, e.g. due to weather conditions.
4. The Contractor is required to obtain approvals and permits, including exemptions from the bans applicable to species protected by species - required for conducting field research.
5. As part of the task, meetings with stakeholders are planned.
6. The subject of the contract includes:
1) text elaboration containing:
a) the distribution of natural habitats and species in the Natura 2000 site;
b) assessment of the conservation status of natural habitats and species in the Natura 2000 area, which should be carried out in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 17.2.2010 on the preparation of a draft plan of conservation tasks for the Natura 2000 area (Journal of Laws No. 34, item 186, as amended). The results of the assessment of the state of protection should be presented in the form of a field observation form as described in the methodological guides developed for the needs of the State Environmental Monitoring.
c) identification of threats to objects of protection in the Natura 2000 area;
d) verification of the objectives of protective measures and protective measures resulting from the plan of protective tasks and a proposal of additional protective measures (specific actions to be performed, indicating the scope of work (including monitoring), place, date, estimated cost and the entity responsible for their implementation) necessary for improving the protection status of protection objects in individual Natura 2000 areas, if such assessment arises from the assessment of the conservation status and the threats identified
e) assessment of the importance of protection objects for the Natura 2000 area and assessment of the Natura 2000 area in terms of its function for the given protection object;
f) general assessment of the subject of protection in the Natura 2000 area, with substantive justification for the given assessment;
g) expert opinion in the event of the object of protection being not confirmed;
h) if the occurrence of a given object of protection is not confirmed during field research, the Contractor will analyze the possibility of restoring the natural habitat or species habitat and propose protective measures to restore the natural habitat or species habitat;
i) verification of the SDF proposal to update the assessment of the significance of objects of protection (by setting the values A, B, C, D - in accordance with the instructions for completing the SDF) The Contractor will propose a change to the SDF with substantive justification,
2) an electronic version containing:
a) electronic version of the text elaboration,
b) presentation on maps at a scale of 1:10,000 or more of natural habitats and species along with transects and phytosociological photographs,
c) field observation cards with phytosociological photos,
d) at least 1 photograph of natural habitats and species. For species, photographs of their habitats are allowed,
e) digital information layers in the ESRI shapefile (SHP) format in the PL-1992 rectangular flat coordinate system documenting the distribution of natural habitats and species in the Natura 2000 area.
