The contest is for the delivery of up to 4 new refuse collection vehicles: - Refuse collection vehicle 1 delivered as soon as possible, 2022 - Refuse collection vehicle 2 delivered as soon as possible, 2022 - (Option) Refuse collection vehicle 3 estimated delivery autumn 2023 - (Option) Refuse collection vehicle 4 estimated delivery autumn 2023.

The value of the procurement is estimated to be NOK 12,500,000 excluding VAT. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4 but has decided that it is not appropriate for this contract. The contracting authority retains the right to accept all or parts of a tender.

Contract

The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract with the associated standard terms.

The contract period will be valid from and including 2022-03-22.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer.

The contracting authority expects that tenderers are familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
