The new training hall is to be built outside the listed building ensemble of the Tollense barracks. A construction document is to be set up for the new building.

The program area for the new building is NUF 1080 m2 / GFA 1,246 m2.

The following space is required: 1 training hall 585 m2, 3 storage rooms á 48 m2, 1 storage and operating room á 215 m2 and 2 recreation rooms á 60 m2.

It will be connected to the existing media distribution of the property for the following new

installations for:

Electrical engineering incl. emergency lighting, telecommunications, IT and house alarm.

Kostenstand (II/2022): KG 440: 318.063 Euro;

KG 450: EUR 66,793;

KG 546: 86,791.13 euros;

KG 547: 19,145.10 euros,

The planned construction period: 10/2024 to 12/2026.

Scope of services: Performance level (LST) 1 (Lph. 2; Lph. 3 and 4), optional LST 2, 3 and 4 (Lph. 5-8)

Planning requirement: high (Anl-gr.:1.5), avg. (Appl-gr.:1.4)

In accordance with the VgV 2016, the planning contract is awarded via a negotiated procedure with a competitive tender. The candidate who can be expected to find the best possible solution to the task on the basis of his offer receives the order. According to HOAI 2021 §§53-56, the planner to be commissioned is initially responsible for work phases 3 and 4 (pro rata Lph2: sh. Specific performance obligations). The completion of performance level 1 is expected within approx. 6 months after placing the order. The capacities required to guarantee the target dates must be available. The further performance levels are to be awarded in stages, but remain reserved and are made by written notification. The currently valid RBBau must be observed.
