Appointment management must meet the requirements to enable outpatient and inpatient appointment requests and bookings across all Sana facilities. The interfaces with the existing HIS must be connected bidirectionally. The solution must be able to share rule-based information with patients on certain appointment categories or, if necessary, to request data and documents. Another function is the controlled appointment reminder, which can be done via several channels (e.g. email or SMS).
